A single piece of ready made art is called Clip Art. Clip Art Gallery is the place where these ready single piece of art is stored. In this gallery different types of clips related to schools,computer, books etc.

You can also insert a Clip Art ( A ready made picture) by performing the following steps.

1. Click on Insert menu.

2. Select Clip Art option.

The clip art pane will appear on right hand of the window.

3. A Search box appear, type the keyword related to the picture you are looking for.

4. Press Enter button OR Click on go button.

5. Select the picture which you want to insert in your slide.

The selected picture will be inserted in your slide.
